Assael solid 18k yellow gold necklace with five natural diamonds and a south sea pearl. The top diamond is 3.8mm, the next is 3.2mm and the last three are all about 3mm. This item weighs 6.0 grams. It is 15.75 inches in length and about 1.8 mm wide. All our gold is thoroughly checked with an Olympus RFK spectrometer. It is guaranteed solid 18k gold.
