This is an extremely high-end DVR. This unit is a feature-rich, powerful Digital Video Recorder. With numerous powerful software features, the DVR is designed for maximum reliability.
We bench tested the unit for over 2 weeks and it is in excellent working condition. The cabinet has few minor scratches but that won't affect the DVR's operation. The DVR will be shipped with the power cable.

All defective, dead on arrival (DOA) items will be inspected and tested. If the item tested to be in working condition, the RMA will be rejected and the item will be returned to you at your cost. Once the defect is verified, we will only refund the price of the item. Shipping charge will not be refunded. All returned items must be the same condition as shipped in order to receive a refund. Note that any physical damage will automatically void the product warranty and we will return any products that exhibit physical damage back to you. We highly recommend carefully reading the manufacturer's instructions before installing your product.
Shipping
The buyer pays the actual shipping cost with UPS ground to any of the lower 50 US States & Canada. Packages are usually shipped within 1 business day of payment receipt, excluding Saturday/Sunday & Holidays.
