Lot of 3 Vintage Colorado brochures advertising pieces

Description

These three are part of a lot of 1993 brochures received by a tourist requesting information about motels and sites around Manitou Springs and Colorado Springs.
The blue folded sheet, ostensibly from a Manitou tourist info service sings the praise of two motels, "For those who simply want the best, we highly recommend the Silver Saddle Motel..." and "For the family, we recommend the LaFon Motel..." (sort of faint praise for the LaFon!).
On the other hand the orange two sided flier regarding Cripple Creek is pushing the El Colorado Lodge in Manitou and The Timber Lodge in Colorado Springs.
The brown flier advertises the Apple Grove Motel in Salida, Colorado.
Note: The colors of the fliers in the first photo, of all three, is accurate.  My camera messes with the colors in the individual pics.
