Antique Persian Postcard Photo Album Scrapbook Handcrafted Sterling Decor 1900's in good condition for its age. This is a beautiful piece, wood with leather tied together with a tassel. The cover is lacquered and decorated with pierced sterling which shows some and a porcelain center piece on the front and a painted hunting scene on the back. There are metal corner protectors nailed to each corner and these have some wear and patina. The leather binding is separating from the wood on the inside. There are 18 black pages each has what looks like rice paper overlays and they are in good condition with some creases or wrinkling and some edge wear in places. There is some wear to the paint inside and what looks like pooling of the finish. There are some minor loses to the lacquer finish on the outside and there are definite imperfections due to the wood sub straight which has imperfections. Measures about 14.5 inches long and 8 inches tall with an inch wide spine.
