    Description

This is signed by Philip Albright Small Franklin:
    (1 February 1871 – 14 August 1939)
Philip Franklin was president and chairman of International Mercantile Marine Company (IMM) from 1916 to 1936. At the time of the
    Titanic
disaster on April 15, 1912, Franklin was in charge of the White Star Line office and terminus affairs at IMM headquarters in New York City.
Your chance to own it at half price is unfortunately over, but this is a fair price below current market value.
Own a piece of Titanic history. It's over a 100 years old and belonged to the British Company "F.B. Keech & Co.". This certificate is well known, if you have any further request from me, just let me know. I'll send more pictures or provide whatever details you need. It seems it was sent to NY by the British Company, those are some heavy duty antique staples on this thing.
    The back Reads:
"For Value Received _________ herby steel, assign and transfer unto "Miss Kathryn L. Sullivan, 171 Westminster Road, Flatbush Brooklyn, NY. 100 Shares of the Capital Stock....." The transfer happened after the Titanic sinking, and it was transferred to Miss Sullivan in 1915.
