VINTAGE MIDDLE EASTERN HAMMERED BRASS BRAZIER MANGAL HEATER

This piece came from the local estate of a couple who lived in Afghanistan in the late 1960's and early 1970's and had the opportunity to travel throughout the Middle East. This is a hammer brass brazier heater 13 1/2" tall to the top of the knob on the chimney lid, 17" across the brass and wood handles, 12" diameter body. The interior is tinned and the chimney is made of tin. It appears to have been used and needs polishing.
